Britannia Neighbours is a volunteer group in the Grandview neighbourhood of Vancouver. We undertake projects that help to keep our neighbourhood interesting and engaged. Among our projects are maintenance of the Napier Square Greenway at the entry to the Britannia Community Centre, the East Van Garden Tour, and the Grandview Garden Club. Hello Green Streets Gardeners!I hope everyone is having a lovely week and enjoying some of the spring blossoms and bulbs that are coming up. This is a reminder that the Green Streets Annual Plant Swap is happening this Saturday! Find details below.Saturday, April 21, 20181:00 to 4:00 pmTupper Neighbourhood Greenway500 Block East 23rd Avenue(Between Carolina and St. George)· Swap plants & pick-up compost· Listen to live music, meet fellow gardeners & enjoy fun craft activities· Get information and advice about gardening & garden initiatives· Support the Tupper Neighbourhood GreenwayBring plants, seeds, and bulbs to swap. Please label your plants. I will have some markers and tags available to do so. If you don't know what your plants are there will be Master Gardeners to help with plant identification, as well as fellow gardeners.If you don't have plants to swap come by anyway and meet your fellow gardeners and chat with the many knowledgeable people participating in the event.
